O’Callaghan Opticians was founded in 2018 – taking over a long history of Independent Opticians at 554 Dumbarton Road.
Our aim is to provide exceptional eye care to the local community of Partick and beyond.
Our optometrist Martin has a varied background – having worked in large multiple chains, small independent practices and the Caledonian University Vision Centre.
We have taken the best elements of these to allow us to create a practice that offers a personal approach to eye care in a friendly, relaxed setting.

First time here and was very impressed. Staff were very welcoming and Martin was just excellent!!

A Spectacle MOT is suggested every 6 months, to make sure they stay in tip top condition. We can straighten, tighten and even give them a deep clean with an ultrasonic bath! So if you are in the West End why not pop in and see us.
